How do the t-shirts fit?
Our t-shirts are a unisex cut, and they fit true to size. For added comfort, size up.
How do the crewneck sweatshirts fit?
Crewnecks are a unisex fit, so they are a little bit bigger, but super comfortable!
Am I able to request a custom design?
Of course! We love custom designs. Please reach out with any requests to hello@preciouscarnation.com and we can chat.
Custom designs can be changes to one of our existing designs or a new design of your preference.
How do I wash my apparel?
To keep your t-shirts and sweatshirts in the best condition, wash them inside out in cold. Hang to dry.
What is your shipping cost?
Standard shipping in Canada is through Canada Post. For US orders it's UPS. Rates are determined at time of order. Orders over $150 receive free Canadian shipping. For local orders, we have a local pickup and free local delivery in Guelph, ON.
What is your return policy?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange. T-shirts and Sweatshirts purchased can be exchanged to us if the fit isn’t right. An exchange for the right size, or a shop credit will be given. Please note, if your order was a custom order and not a part of our line, exchanges or shop credits will not be accepted.
Items can be exchanged to us if:
- They have not been worn, or washed
- Tags are still attached
It is the customer’s responsibility to ship back items, and pay for the shipping fee. Precious Carnation will cover the return shipping fee. Precious Carnation has the right to refuse any returned item, if the above criteria are not followed.
