1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays in processing your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders in Canada:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days, Cost: $12 with Canada Post

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days, Cost: $40

• Free Shipping: On orders over $150

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.

4. International Shipping

In the United States, shipping is through UPS and costs $25. Orders over $175 are shipped free.

All other international orders will be charged $35 for shipping.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. We will notify you of any expected delays.

7. Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@preciouscarnation.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
